Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for purchasing of a package for “Providing Service of emergency shower & eye washer in sulfur forming unit (SFU)” in order to select a suitable contractor for provision of the Services for NSRP.

NSRP plans to start the above mentioned purchasing process very soon. If your company is interested in this purchasing package, please respond to all questions in the questionnaire attached in Attachment 01 and send to the following email address by 5.00 PM (Hanoi time) 9 March 2020.

SCOPE OF WORKS For EMERGENCY SHOWER AND EYE WASHER

The Contractor shall undertake and provide all required and necessary resources to perform the Works as defined in this Scope of work to the satisfaction of NSRP in accordance with NSRP’s standards, specifications, requirements and procedures

The Contractor’s scope of Works covers the engineering verification, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning for Additional Emergency Shower and Eye Washer (the Works), including but not limited to the following:

• Executing entire project management, coordinating with NSRP and other contractors or vendors of NSRP;
• Verify the engineering design issued by NSRP;
• Providing the necessary support during the manufacturing of materials and equipment packages, fabrication, constructability reviews, construction engineering;
• Procurement of all equipment, materials, spare parts, and services regardless of permanent or temporary for the Works;
• Providing complete equipment packages with ancillaries in accordance with the specifications;
• Fabrication, construction, installation, modification, mechanical completion, testing and inspection, pre-commissioning and commissioning;
• Successfully connecting, integrating and synchronizing with the existing systems including modification of the existing systems where necessary;
• Providing start-up assistance and other activities;
• Providing all spare parts, tools, labours, materials and equipment, consumables and other services necessary to complete the Works;
• Providing warranty for the Works.

The Contractor is responsible to check, verify, and make adjustment or optimization as necessary to complete the Works. However, the Contractor shall notify NSRP in advance of any deficiencies and errors and obtain NSRP’s prior approval before making any modifications.
