NOTICE OF PURCHASING PLAN

FOR ULTRASONIC CLEANING MACHINE

Subject:  ULTRASONIC CLEANING MACHINE

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for purchasing of a package for “Ultrasonic cleaning machine” in order to select a suitable contractor for provision of the Goods & Services for NSRP. The tentative date of commencement of the Goods and services will be in the end of July 2018.

NSRP plans to start the above mentioned purchasing process very soon. If your company is interested in this purchasing package, please respond to all questions in the questionnaire attached in Attachment 01 and send to the following email address by 5.00 PM (Hanoi time) 1 July 2019.

Attachment 1. Scope of Supply.

•   The Vendor must supply all goods with technical specification requirements mentioned in the Attachment 1- ACM-1000E Ultrasonic Cleaning System

• The machine is band-new with certificate of origin, certificate of quality (CO & CQ) and safety certificates if Vietnam law required.
•  Goods is stored and packaged as world standard or manufacturer standard.
• Place delivery: NSRP Warehouse.
• Vendor must assign specialist to install, testing to confirm operation conditions before handover to Owner.
• Vendor must train operation method to NSRP’s operator.
• Guaranties time: 24 months.
