Finance Department is looking for candidates for the position Finance Assistant working in Hanoi or Thanh Hoa with JD as below.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Financial Management & Control: Support others by carrying out simple financial monitoring tasks.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Perform basic data entry tasks, including data verification.
• Insights and Reporting: Perform basic data reporting tasks to support others by using established procedures.
• Budgeting & Costing: Track budgets and monitor data using budgeting system and protocols.
• Internal Communications: Exchange information with people by having courteous interactions with them.
• Financial Policies, Guidelines, and Protocols: Support the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice.
• Recommendations: Identify changes that may need to be made to ensure the organization is in compliance.
• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts – actuals vs budget.
• Handle ad hoc requests from Internal and external auditors/sponsors/lenders.
• Coordinate and compile project budget by department by month and year.
• Continuously improve Finance systems, internal controls policies and procedures as the project develops.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Department Manager, Senior Finance Leader, and/or other superiors.

    Background: Bachelor’s Degree in core Finance, Accounting or equivalent

    Work Experience: 

• At least 4 years’ experience in manufacturing company or subject to consider case by case.
• Experience with cost controlling or internal control system or related oil & gas industry or nitrogenous fertilizer industry is an advantage.
• Experience with financial modeling and data analysisSkills:
• Good practical English skills in speaking and writing

• Good computer skills, including Excel, Word and Power Point
