SURVEY QUESTIONAIRE Transition from SAP BPC to SAC-IBM Planning Analytics

High-level Scope Brief: NSRP intends to procure an end-to-end solution and implementation service to replace the existing SAP BPC system for enterprise planning and budgeting. The scope includes subscription/license provisioning for either SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or IBM Planning Analytics (IPA), solution design, configuration/build, integration with SAP ECC and relevant NSRP systems, data migration from SAP BPC, testing, training, go-live, and post go-live hypercare support. The solution is expected to support enterprise planning processes such as OPEX, CAPEX, cash flow, HR budget, revenue planning, forecasting, reporting/analytics, workflow approval, audit trail, security, and future integration readiness. Bidders should only confirm participation in this survey if they have the required authorization, experience, resources, and commitment to submit a complete bid covering both license/subscription and implementation services for the proposed solution (either SAC or IPA).
