NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN – FOR PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY CHAIN RISK MANAGEMENT TRAINING

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) plans to procure Supply Chain Risk Management training services.

Please answer the following questions:

QUESTION 1: Does your company have a business license covering training services? If yes, please attach scan file for evidence.

QUESTION 2: Has your company delivered Supply Chain Risk Management or equivalent training to clients in the oil & gas, petrochemical, refining, energy or heavy industrial sectors? Please provide at least three relevant references completed within the last five years.

QUESTION 3: Can you provide a trainer with practical experience in Supply Chain Risk Management and Procurement/Supply Chain functions? Pls highlight years of experience, professional certifications, training experience and practical experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Risk Management

QUESTION 4: If your company has not previously worked with NSRP, are you willing to complete NSRP’s supplier qualification process through SAP Ariba by providing the required corporate documents (e.g. business registration, organization chart, financial statements, etc.)?

Survey Evaluation Criteria

To be shortlisted for participation in the bidding process, a company must meet all mandatory requirements below:

1. The company must answer “Yes” to all four survey questions.
2. For Question 1, the company must provide supporting evidence in the form of a valid business license or equivalent legal document demonstrating that training services are included within its registered business scope.

Evaluation Result:

• Pass (Qualified for Bid Invitation): Meets all requirements above.
• Fail (Not Qualified for Bid Invitation): Any “No” answer or failure to provide acceptable supporting evidence for Question 1.
