SURVEY QUESTIONAIRE AND SCREENING CRITERIA – FOR CONSULTANT SERVICE FOR PERMISSION OF 50,000 DWT VESSEL

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for consultant service for permission of 50,000 DWT Vessel.

Subject: “Respond for Questionnaire – O8251203 – “Consultant service for permission of 50,000 DWT Vessel” by 5:00 PM 26^th Dec 2025 at the latest. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

QUESTION 1: Does your company have a valid license in Vietnam for related business ?

1. Yes

If yes, please provide the relevant documents.

QUESTION 2: Is your company fully licensed and legally eligible to provide maritime consultancy services in Vietnam?

1. Yes

2. No

If yes, please provide the commitment with signature.

QUESTION 3: Does your company have at least 03 years of experience in maritime consultancy, navigational safety assessment, or coastal studies?

1. Yes

2. No

If yes, please provide your company profile and organization structure demonstrating capability  to deliver marine consultancy services including navigation safety assessment, risk analysis, and regulatory permitting.

QUESTION 4: Has your company successfully performed similar consultancy services related to port permitting, maritime safety assurance plans, vessel size/draft increase, or port operational approval within the last 05 years?

QUESTION 5: Does your company have the capability to act as the official representative of the Client (NSRP) to obtain the permit from governmental authorities?

Service summary: Consultant shall conduct all necessary tasks including but not limited: Inspect/analysis jetty structure, review the current design, prepare all materials, documents, submit dossiers, and get permanent permission following regulations for receiving the vessel 50,000 DWT with load reduction to a safe draught equivalent to 40,000 DWT.
