SURVEY QUESTIONAIRE – FOR REPAIR AND CALIBRATION OF VIBRATION DATA COLLECTION DEVICE

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for repair and service for vibration data collection.

Condition monitoring of rotating equipment is an essential component for reliability, especially for critical equipment. Early detect abnormal condition of equipment will support us make shutdown plan for corrective maintenance to avoid unexpected damage on equipment is necessary. Currently, there are 02 portable devices Model VIBXPERT® EX 2 to offline vibration data collect which support daily maintenance activities. All of them was over calibration date and need to be sent out to service to check and calibration. The calibration will help us have accuracy device and tell us the correct value of reading data. Therefore, NSRP would like to send out for recalibration and repair.
