SURVEY QUESTIONAIRE AND SCREENING CRITERIA TO FORM LONGLIST BIDDER FOR PURCHASING OF INDUSTRIAL GAS (CO/CO2 Industry gas refilling)

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of Inert ceramic ball to select suitable suppliers for supplying the goods.

For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

QUESTION 1: Does your company have the business licenses and/or permits authorized letter (in case of Bidder is not Manufacturer) for providing Industrial Gas?

QUESTION 3: Does your company have ability to provide Industrial Gas as table below with detail specification/COA?
