SURVEY QUESTIONAIRE AND SCREENING CRITERIACHEMICAL CIRCULATION CLEANING OF HEAT EXCHANGERS 020-E-111 AND 020-E-121 LOOP

Introduction.

NSRP heat transfer performance of 020-E-111 and 020-E-121 has decreased due to fouling inside the heat exchangers. The fouling may include Iron sulfide (FeS), coke, suspended solids, and salt deposits. These deposits reduce heat recovery and increase the reactor effluent temperature. As a result, the sour gas temperature becomes higher and affects the heat transfer.

Chemical cleaning and water flushing will be executed during the RHD Catalyst Change Out, tentatively scheduled in November 2026, to remove the fouling and recover heat transfer performance. It will be applied the cleaning circulation method as the temporary cleaning loop arrangement and evaluate the expected cleaning performance. The objective is to remove parts of the fouling, improve heat transfer.

NSRP is looking for a qualified and experienced supplier that has the system to connect to NSRP piping and heat exchangers to circulation flushing out coke, hydrocarbon residue, FeS, dry sludge, and salt deposits to restore the equipment to normal conditions.

Part 1. Survey Questionnaire

QUESTION 1: Does your Company have ISO 9001 and HSE policy?

QUESTION 2: Do your company have at least two (02) similar contracts for chemical cleaning of hydro processing Feed-Effluent Heat Exchangers or equivalent within the last ten (10) years for removal of the coke, FeS, sludge, or similar refinery fouling?

If yes, please provide the following documents.

1. The notarized copy of Contract and acceptance of clients for completion of the services.

2. The procedure or method with explanation of how removal of coke, hydrocarbon residue, FeS, dry sludge, and salt deposits for complete work.

QUESTION 3: Does your company have experienced personnel, equipment and resources to support the work?

If yes, please provide supporting documents such as Organization chart, CVs of personnel, Equipment List, Calibration Certificates.
