SURVEY QUESTIONAIRE AND SCREENING EVALUATIONFOR SUPPLY FOR CATALYST IN 070-HMU (SMR)

Introduction

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is identifying suitable suppliers for the Hydrogen Manufacturing Catalyst suite for Unit 070-HMU. This unit utilizes Foster Wheeler Terrace Wall SMR technology and Pre-reformer technology to produce 145 KTA of high-purity hydrogen.

Operating Context for Bidders: The catalyst suite must be designed to handle three distinct feed cases and maintain performance for a minimum of 48 months:

  – Case 1: CCR Tail Gas + RFG (30–45 wt%) + Balance LPG.

  – Case 2: 100 mol% LPG (98% Butane + 2% Butylene + 100 ppmw Butadiene).

  – Case 3 (Future): CCR Tail Gas + RFG (30–45 wt%) + Balance LNG.

PART 1: BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL STANDING
