Date: 20-Aug-26, Rev. 0

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for the procurement for RHDS LOGIC MODIFICATION.

If your company is interested in those procurement packages, please fill in and complete the questionnaire below then send email to giang.vt1@nsrp.com.vn

Subject: “Respond for Questionnaire – RHDS LOGIC MODIFICATION IN SIS SYSTEM” by 17:00PM 28 August 2026 at the latest.

  1. Project introduction

The current SIS design includes a common Emergency Shutdown (ESD) logic for both modules (M1 and M2). As a result, an ESD initiated in either module – for example, due to a process trip, instrument failure, or inadvertent activation of an interlock during maintenance or CCO activities – may trigger shutdown of both modules. This common shutdown philosophy can result in a total RHDS unit shutdown, causing production loss and highly impacting refinery margins.

NSRP requests the Contractor to modify the existing SIS logic of the RHDS by separating the common RHDS ESD logic into dedicated shutdown logics for Module 1 and Module 2.

NSRP will hire a contractor following SOW:
