Question 1: Does your company have Business Registration & Relevant Business Line Code to supply spare parts for Instrument equipment?

Note:  In accordance with the Law on Enterprises 2020 and Decree No. 01/2021/ND‑CP on enterprise registration, business lines are no longer displayed directly on the ERC. Therefore, NSRP will verify the Bidder’s registered business lines via the National Enterprise Registration Database.

If yes, please provide a valid Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC) & Relevant Business Line Code demonstrating eligibility to supply these items.

Question 2: Can your company provide Certificate of Origin (CO) issued by chamber of commerce/MNF, Certificate of Quality (CQ) issued by MNF, and Warranty Letter for electrical spare parts if required by NSRP upon award?

If yes, please provide sample CO/CQ & Warranty letter that your company supplied for previous orders.

Question 3: Has your company previously supplied any electrical spare parts for electrical panels, motor/bearing (or similar equipment)?
