Question 1: Does your company hold a valid Business Registration Certificate for IT-related activities?

1. Yes – Please attach a scanned copy

Question 2: Is your company currently an authorized HPE distributor or certified partner?

1. Yes – If yes, please provide supporting documentation (e.g., emails, official letters, certifications, or OEM distributor authorization).
2. No

Question 3: Could your company provide at least two contracts demonstrating experience in the installation, implementation, and migration of server and storage systems for medium‑ or large‑sized enterprises (i.e., organizations operating enterprise‑class IT infrastructure with centralized servers and storage supporting business‑critical workloads)?

1. Yes – Please provide any relevant contracts
2. No

Part 3 – Screening criteria

Potential candidate is “Passed “and selected to form the bidder list if their answer is:

• Questions 1 must be answered “Yes” as the mandatory requirement
• Question 2 must be answered ‘Yes’ as a mandatory requirement
• Questions 3 must be answered ‘Yes’ as a mandatory requirement.
• Each “Yes” response must be supported with sufficient evidence/documentation.
