SURVEY QUESTIONAIRE SUPPLY OF MANPOWER AND FACILITIES FOR CUTTING-WELDING MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES

Introduction.

To facilitate its maintenance activities, NSRP is seeking a qualified and experienced supplier to provide direct workforce, equipment, consumables, and supporting facilities for on-site cutting and welding maintenance activities on demand. The supplier’s personnel would directly perform cutting and welding work under NSRP’s coordination and supervision, while NSRP will be responsible for the Permit to Work (PTW), system isolation, and supervision of the activities.

The scope of work includes welders, pipefitters, and MIG welding operators, together with the required cutting and welding equipment, MIG welding consumables, and supporting facilities, with details in Attachments I and Attachment II of this Survey.

Part 1. Survey Questionnaire

Question 1. Can you timely and sufficiently mobilize resources to NSRP as required Attachment I (Manpower Service) and Attachment II (Equipment Service)?

Question 3. Can you provide a manpower list that proposes for all three cases in Attachment I, including assigned personnel, relevant experience, and certifications?

Question 4: Can your company provide all equipment, tools, and consumables, with the required quantities and technical specifications, in compliance with Attachment II?

Question 5. Does your company manpower have certified and experienced in pipe cutting, beveling, or piping fabrication works for pressure-retaining systems same complexity and criticality as HHPS (High-high Pressure Steam) and BFW (Boiler Feed Waters) in power plants/fertilizer plants/oil and gas industry?
