SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRE FOR PORT SECURITY CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning to engage a consultant to provide Port Security Consultancy Services, including the renewal of the Port Facility Security Assessment (PFSA), Port Facility Security Plan (PFSP), obtaining the Statement of Compliance of a Port Facility, and providing annual verification support in accordance with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code and applicable Vietnamese regulations.

QUESTION 1: Does your company have a valid business registration/license in Vietnam to provide consultancy services related to maritime security, port facility security, or equivalent consultancy services?

QUESTION 2: Does your company have qualified personnel with experience in developing or reviewing Port Facility Security Assessments (PFSA) and Port Facility Security Plans (PFSP) in accordance with the ISPS Code and applicable Vietnamese maritime regulations?

QUESTION 3: Can your company provide information on at least three (03) completed projects involving maritime security consultancy services, such as Port Facility Security Assessment (PFSA), Port Facility Security Plan (PFSP), ISPS Code implementation, or equivalent services?
