SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRE – FOR SUPPLYING CANTEEN EQUIPMENT SERVICE

Subject: Survey Questionnaire for Supplying and Installing Canteen Equipment.

PURPOSE:

To determine the shortlist of bidders from the long-listed suppliers approved in Bidding Strategy for bidding package “Supplying and Installing Canteen Equipment” in accordance with NSRP Procurement Procedure, the Pre-Q Questionnaire are developed as below.

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for the procurement of Supplying and Installing Canteen Equipment (the Goods and Services) in order to select a suitable supplier for provision of those Services for NSRP. The tentative dates of starting the Services will be in Dec 2025

If your company is interested in this procurement package, please respond to all the questions in the questionnaire in Part 2 – Survey Questionnaire and send through email hau.ptt@nsrp.com.vn. The email must reach to the email address above no later than 25^th Nov 2025. The response submitted via email must be clearly marked with the following title:

“Supplying and Installing Canteen Equipment”
