Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of a package for “Grass cutting service” in order to select a suitable contractor for provision of the Services for NSRP.

NSRP plans to start the above mentioned procurement process very soon. If your company is interested in this procurement package, please respond to all questions in the questionnaire attached in Attachment 01 and send to the following address by 5.00 PM (Hanoi time) 19 April 2019.

SCOPE OF WORK FOR GRASS CUTTING AND GARDENING SERVICE INSIDE REFINERY

1.      SCOPE OF SERVICES 

–          Managing and maintaining landscape, trees, grasses (grass cutting, trimming, pruning,

gardening, re-planting, transplant, fertilizing, watering, pest controlling, soil supplementing,

etc.) in the green area of the Refinery monthly.

–          Controlling wild grass in Plant area monthly

–          Watering flowers and trees in the Green area of the Refinery;

–          Collecting and disposing wastes resulted from all related works;

–          Fulfilling all required administrative procedures including necessary permits, certificates and

training under both Government’s regulations and NSRP’s requirements to carry out the Services;

–          Developing monthly completion report and submitting to NSRP person in charge results of the

Activities as well as drawing lessons (if any) for future assignments.

2.      AREA DEFINITIONS

–          Total area for planting: more than 1,715,710 m2 (including 310,000 m2 for Green area and 1,405,710 m2 for wild grass in Plant area)
