Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of a package for “Primavera Maintenance & Support” in order to select a suitable contractor for provision of the Goods & Services for NSRP. The tentative date of commencement of the Goods and services will be in early December 2018.
NSRP plans to start the above mentioned procurement process very soon. If your company is interested in this procurement package, please respond to all questions in the questionnaire attached in Attachment 2 and send to the following address by 5.00 PM (Hanoi time) 05th Nov 2018.

To ensure Turnaround & Planning application is up and running on a daily basis, the Maintenance and support is vital for NSRP

– Software License update (i.e. Software patches, software version upgrade) as when it releases will be delivered by email/download
– Response to program failures
– Correction of defects
– Instructions on how to install and use the program
– Analysis of impact when it needs to interface another system.
– H/W breakdown
– Database management & operation
– Server management & operation
– On site visit
– When changing the system process or logic
– New development
