NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN FOR PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE

TO IMPLEMENT COMMUNITY INITIATIVES* PROJECT PHASE 2

(*) Community initiatives includes: (1) Manage community funds (2) Work with local authority and community to identify and select initiatives for addressing community issues, improving community livelihood and support the implementation of those selected initiatives.

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for the procurement of to select suitable supplier(s) for the Contract for provision of SERVICE TO IMPLEMENT COMMUNITY INITIATIVES PROJECT PHASE 2 for NSRP.

If your company is interested in those procurement packages, please fill in and the complete questionnaire below and:

– Submit electronic copy in USB flash drive along with the following original copies.

– Submit two (02) original copies in a sealed envelope, state clearly “RESPONSE FOR QUESTIONNAIRE FOR SERVICE TO IMPLEMENT COMMUNITY INITIATIVES PROJECT PHASE 2” to the following address no later than at 4:00pm 4 June 2019
