Subject:  PROVISION ENGINEERING & DESIGNING Shelter SERVICE for the Open Yard of Warehouse

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of a package for “Provision engineering & Shelter service for the Open Yard of Warehouse” in order to select a suitable contractor for provision the Engineering and Designing Shelter Service for the Open yard area in Warehouse Section. The tentative date of commencement of the provision of this services will be around within Aug, 2019

NSRP plans to start the above-mentioned procurement process very soon. Please fill in and complete the questionnaire as below and submitted via email to hoan.hk@nsrp.com.vn and copying phuong.ntt1@nsrp.com.vn and hoa.lh@nsrp.com.vn state clearly “Provision engineering& Shelter service for the Open Yard of Warehouse” and send back to us by following address by 5:00 PM –8^h July, 2019.

• o Movable shelter: ~ 3,000 m2
• o Fixed shelter: 5,000 m2

• o CCTV system
• o Solar power system
• o Operation management system
• o Auxiliary items for work and living (office, toilet, garage, vehicle washing area…ect.)
• o Electronic weighing station
• o Chemical store (1500 m2)
• o Lubricant store (1000 m2)
• o Gas cylinders storage (500 m2)
• o AC storage building (1000 m2)
• o Resting shelter
• o Waste storage & sorting area
• o Heavy goods storage location
• o Firefighting system
• o Eye wash station
• o Drain water
• o Containers
• o Fence
• o Other

3. Provision of engineering design drawings (2D/3D), detailing symbols and legends drawings, and statutory submission for the new shelter. Verified by 3^rd party certified ISO 9001 or equivalent:
