NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN

FOR PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR ANALYTICAL EQUIPMENT FOR NSRP LABORATORY 

Subject: PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR ANALYTICAL EQUIPMENT FOR NSRP’S LABORATORY

Ref. No: 132/2019/NSRP-PS

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning to select suitable service provider (s) for provision of maintenance service of analytical equipment service for NSRP Laboratory (the Services). The tentative date of delivery the Services will be in October 2019.

NSRP plans to start the above-mentioned procurement process in the near future. We expect to invite companies which at least meet the following minimum requirement to participate in the procurement process: having business and experience in supplying maintenance services for laboratory’s equipment.

If your company meets the foregoing minimum requirement and is interested in this procurement package, please respond to all the questions in the questionnaire in Part 1 and send in a sealed envelope with one (01) original, one (01) copy and one (01) electronic document in USB state in a sealed envelope clearly mark “RESPONSE FOR QUESTIONNAIRE FOR PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR ANALYTICAL EQUIPMENT FOR NSRP LABORATORY” to the following address no later than 4PM on 23^rd October 2019

–          From Y2016 to Y2019, the total number of contracts for the Service is at least 3.

–          The value of each contract shall be at least USD 50,000 and total value of all contracts for the Service is at least USD 500,000 (equal to VND 11,000,000,000)
