Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of a package for “Provision of production server and backup upgrade” in order to select a suitable contractor for provision of the Goods and engineering services. The tentative date of commencement of the provision of this services will be around within April, 2019

NSRP plans to start the above-mentioned procurement process very soon. Please fill in and complete questionnaire below in a sealed envelope, state clearly “Provision of production server and backup upgrade” including 01 originals, 2 copies, and one (01) electronic document in USB and send back to us by following address by 17^th April, 2019.

Scope of work

1.  General

NSRP has about 100 applications installed on both physical and virtual servers. Two storage systems have been used to store data for Production environment and 02 storages to storage data for Test/ Dev and IT management System as well. The physical servers and Storages are located on ADM and CCB separately for HA purpose.

Most of physical servers are End of Line (EOL), so they need to replace immediately to ensure continuously operating of applications installed on it. In additional, in order to meet the demand of business, NSRP want to expand hardware resource of the System by purchasing additional servers, SAN switches, software licenses… rearrange current System for HA and improve performance of current backup System.

The main purpose of this Project is to buy additional servers, SAN switches, cables, virtualization, backup licenses … migrate data from EOL severs to new servers to ensure the system working with full HA for Production application
