Subject: PUBLICATION OF PROCUREMENT NOTICES ON THE NEWSPAPER

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of a package for “Publication of procurement notices on the newspaper” in order to select a suitable contractor for provision of the Goods & Services for NSRP. The tentative date of commencement of the Goods and services will be in middle of May 2019.

NSRP plans to start the above mentioned procurement process very soon. If your company is interested in this procurement package, please respond to all questions in the questionnaire attached in Part 1. Survey questionnaire and send to the following address by 5.00 PM (Hanoi time) 23^th May 2019.

SUMMARY SCOPE OF WORK

– NSRP requests the service supplier to publish news/notices/content (herein referred to as “news”) provided by NSRP on their publications including: the online edition and the printed version;

–          The service supplier has responsibility to create an exclusive column on the online edition of the newspaper that is suitable to store and publish all news of NSRP. Quantity of words and images used in each news posted on the online edition is not limited. The news must be posted on the English version page.

–          It is not compulsory but a big advantage for the service provider if they can simultaneously publish the afore-mentioned news on their English-language printed edition with size of 13x9cm or 8,5x14cm (black & white).

–          The service supplier is responsible for editing news (if needed) without any arising cost then publishing news as soon as they receives the news from NSRP;

–          The service provider shall assign one person-in-charge to collaborate with NSRP to implement the contract; especially execute and supervise all works related to news content or news edition during the contract period;
