Notice of procurement plan for purchasing lifting and maintenance tool

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of package for “lifting and maintenance tools” (the Goods) in order to select a suitable supplier(s) for provision of the Goods for NSRP. The tentative date of completing this service will be before OCT 2019.

If your company is interested in this procurement package, please fill in and complete questionnaire below in a sealed envelope, state clearly “RESPONSE FOR QUESTIONNAIRE OF PROVISION OF LIFTING AND MAINTENANCE TOOL including 01 originals, 2 copies, electronic document by USB and send back to us by following address by 12:00 noon, 30 August 2019 at the latest.

QUESTION  3:  Does your company have more than 02 years’ experience in supply spare part or equipment or tools for Industrial Plant?

If yes, please provide at least 2 contracts/PO.

QUESTION 4: Can your company provide technical support after goods delivery? (the 12-month warranty certificate and service support are required).

Can your company supply goods within 4 – 6 weeks from the contract signing date following DDP term defined in Incoterms 2010 published by the International Chamber of Commerce?
