Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of Service to implement Community English and Learning Hubs Project package in order to select suitable supplier for provision of service for NSRP. The tentative date of completing this package will be before 31^st December 2018.
