NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN

FOR SUPPLYING CONSUMABLE FOR NSRP LABORATORY 

Subject: Notice of Procurement Plan for Supplying consumable for NSRP Laboratory

Ref. No: 108/2019/NSRP-PS

Nghi Son Refinery& Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning to select suitable supplier (s) for provision of the consumable for NSRP Laboratory.

The tentative date of service starting will be in September, 2019

If your company is interested in this procurement package, please fill in and complete questionnaire below and:

Submit one (01) original and two (02) copies in a sealed envelope and one (01) electronic document in USB state clearly “RESPONSE FOR QUESTIONNAIRE FOR SUPPLYING “CONSUMABLE FOR NSRP LABORATORY” to the following address no later than 4:00PM, 17^th July 2019.

QUESTION 1: Do you have a clear intention in supplying all Consumable for Testing for Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Liability Limited Company as a supplier on a long term basis?

QUESTION 2: Does your company has any contract of supplying Consumable for analytical equipment or have any provision with Manufacture described in Question-3.

If yes, please provide the list and copy of contracts to provide Spare parts for instruments to any industry company within 3 years (2016,2017,2018 or 2019) with total value equal or more than 0.5 million US dollar (equal with 10.000.000.000 VND) including:

QUESTION 3: Does your company have validated authorization letter from Manufacturers (Provider has at least or more than 03 Authorization letters from (Shimadzu, Anton Paar, Dionex, Hach, Waukesha, PAC, Agilent, Wasson, Tokyo Seiki, Leco) to provide Consumables?
