THIRD PARTY INSPECTION SERVICE

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for third party inspection service for NSRP.

If your company is interested in supplying this service to NSRP, please fill in and send us the complete answers for the below Survey Questionnaire to the following email address by 5.00PM ,11^th Nov. 2020 at the latest.

Your answers must be submitted in pdf file with signature of legal representative and stamp of company. Please do not submit documents via a link.

Question 4: Does your Site Manager have more than 10 year experience to manage the routine NDE service.

Question 5: Has your company’s manpower been trained on safety to carry out NDE and inspection service in Oil and gas industry

Question 6: How many do certified ASNT level 3 experts you planned to provide for this project?

Question 7: How many do certified ASNT-SNT-TC 1A level 2 personnel you planned to provide for this project?
