Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for purchasing of a package for “Providing new borescope machine and repair borescope machine” in order to select a suitable contractor for provision of the Goods & Services for NSRP.
NSRP plans to start the above mentioned purchasing process very soon. If your company is interested in this purchasing package, please respond to all questions in the questionnaire attached in Attachment 01 and send to the following email address by 5.00 PM (Hanoi time) 3rd November 2019.

Please answer the questions below:
QUESTION 1: Do you have a clear intention in providing borescope machine and services for borescope machine for Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical LLC?
QUESTION 2: Does your company have the necessary business licenses and permits to provide and services for borescope machine?
If Yes, please provide the notarized copy of these documents.
QUESTION 3: Does your company have equal or more than 2 years’ experience in providing services for borescope machine manufacture GE and supply genuine spare parts or accessories for GE’s borescope machine?
If yes, please provide at least 2 contracts/PO and 1 service report for repair bore scope machine.
QUESTION 4: Does your Company’s has a policy of after sale services to customers (warranty condition and workflow how to response for any request from customer)?
If yes, please provide us the evidence.
