Quality assurance engineer (Inspection) will be responsible for carrying out the frequent audit, build evaluation criteria for quality assurance of inspection work, identify and recommend for process improvement and maintain the quality standards for inspection processes in NSRP.
Responsibility:
•Implement the quality assurance functions for inspection activities and authorized third party inspection.
•Communicate with inspection engineers to understand inspection activities.
•Collaborating with leader to develop and implement controls and improvements.
•Identify opportunities for improvement and brings solutions and suggestions to leader.
•Prepare target and audit plan, submit for approval before execution.
•Performing routine audit plans and quality tests.
•Identify issues to improve the inspection quality, monitor the nonconformance through records and tracking systems.
•Monitor and analyze the quality performance.
•Ensure that project and manufacturing processes includes the required inspection and/or hold points needed to comply with refinery specification requirements.
•Review and update codes, specifications, standards and regulation, and processes.
•Ensure that standards, inspection procedures and regulations are complied.
•Collect and review documents for conformance and completeness and file appropriately.
•Maintain and comply within quality assurance databases and systems.
•Document quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
•Attend the training courses related to quality assurance.
•Support other quality assurance team members if required.

Educational Level: Degree of Bachelor in Mechanical or Petrochemical equipment engineering.
Work Experience: 5-7 experienced years in the inspection work for running Refinery or Petrochemical industry plant.
Specialty/Qualification: Having Quality Control or Quality Assurance certificate is a plus.
Skills:

•Having knowledge on the API, ASME standard for pressured equipment
•Understanding the legislation principles and compliance.
•Strong organizational skills, ability to work well in a teamwork.
•Awareness of concepts of quality assurance.
•Solid knowledge of relevant standards & procedures in the inspection & non-destructive examination.
•Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Analytic & problem-solving skill.
