Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning to select suitable supplier for PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE LABORATORY EQUIPMENT.

PART 1. PRE-QUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRE

QUESTION 1: Does your company have the necessary business licenses for providing maintenance services for laboratory equipment?

QUESTION 2: Does your company have experience in providing maintenance services for laboratory equipment used in petroleum product analysis, especially in Refinery Fields?

1. Yes

If yes, please provide a list and copies of contracts for maintenance services provided to industrial companies in the last three years (at least 3 copy contracts), including:

• A general description of the contracts
• Implementation timeline
• Duration of the contracts and names of the clients

QUESTION 3: Does your company have any valid authorization letters from manufacturers to provide maintenance services for analytical equipment?

If yes, please provide evidence of at least three authorization letters from at least three different manufacturers, such as those listed below: Wasson, Shimadzu, Nippon Seiki, PCS Instrument, PAC, Dionex, Stanhope Seta, Anton Paar, Leco, Horiba, Minipore…
