NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN FOR PROCUREMENT OF DCS SPARE PARTS

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of Marine Inspection Service.

Subject: “Respond for Questionnaire – TP250301 – DCS Spare parts” by 17:00PM 11^th May 2025 at the latest. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

1	Does your company have business licenses and/or permits authorized letter (in case Bidder is not Manufacturer) for supplying DCS spare part? If yes, please provide a notarized copy of these documents.
2	Does your company have any reference contracts for the supply DCS spare part to other companies? If yes, please provide a list of contracts in the last 3 years.
3	Does your Company have ISO 9001 Series certified and ISO 14001 certificate? (Optional) If yes, please provide copy of ISO certificate
4	Please provide the lead time of your company for supply DCS spare parts? Less than 30 daysFrom 30 to 60 daysMore than 60 days
