Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of General spare parts of rotating equipment to select suitable supplier for supply the good.

For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

QUESTION 1: Legal Authorization & License
Does your company possess valid business licenses and/or authorization letters or supporting letter from Manufacturers or Distributor (in case the bidder is not the original manufacturer) to supply commonly used rotating equipment spare parts or tools, including but not limited to: accumulator bladders, regulators, flowmeters, refill Unit, hydraulic hand pumps, vibration meters, and infrared thermometers?
