NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN – FOR PROCUREMENT OF PROVISION OF TUGBOAT SERVICE

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for the procurement of Mooring Hawser.

The Contractor shall provide the vessel in accordance with NSRP’s requirements and maritime operation services for NSRSP as requested by NSRP.

Vessel Technical Requirements:

· Azimuth thruster type that can adjust and maintain the pulling direction.

· Minimum 70-ton bollard pull capacity for pulling under current and future VLCC conditions.

· Suitable for SPM maintenance activities, with a free main deck at least 17 meters long and 14 meters wide.

· Equipped with a 70-ton winch with a minimum 600 m wire cable, 2 tuggers (minimum 8 tons), and a crane (minimum 12 tons).

· One A-Frame installed ahead of the stern roller to support lifting of at least 10 tons.

· The vessel shall meet the restricted Class I requirements in accordance with QCVN 21-2015.
