NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN FOR FIRE PREVENTION AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICE

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for Fire Prevention and Emergency Response service (the Services).

The services aim to ensure the important aspects in terms of NSRP’s personnel safety, environment, assets and production continuity by providing reliable incident response and disaster management to meet the applicable requirements of NSRP, regulations and standards. Additionally, it supports NSRP in complying with Vietnamese regulations, maintaining the capacity of response forces and the reliability of emergency equipment, cooperating with local authorities, and ensuring a proactive and effective emergency response system.

Fire Prevention and Emergency Response Service Contractor (Contractor) must provide to NSRP Fire Prevention and Emergency Response services (Services) including but not limited to ensure the reliability of equipment/systems and response to incidents involving fire, onshore and offshore oil spill (cooperation and support the offshore response team at sea and SPM), radiation, chemical spill and natural disaster at NSRP’s Refinery. Contractors are responsible and accountable for the service performance during normal operations and emergency response when authorities intervene or need to work with them.
