NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN – FOR PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANT SERVICE FOR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of providing consultant service.

The Suppliers shall provide the services as follows, but not limited to:

• The Service Provider will perform a comprehensive feasibility study for NSRP’s digital transformation, addressing technical, economic, schedule, and operational dimensions. This includes evaluating NSRP’s current digital maturity, benchmarking against industry best practices, and defining a future state incorporating advanced technologies, data analytics, and automation.
• The study will also include a gap analysis and cost-benefit evaluation to identify key areas for improvement. Based on these findings, the Service Provider will develop a detailed digital transformation strategy and phased implementation plan, aligned with NSRP’s five-year corporate strategy to ensure a successful and sustainable transformation.
