Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement to provide Local Insurance services.

Please answer the questions below:

QUESTION 1: Please provide a soft copy of your Insurance Business Operating license (issued by Ministry of Finance).

QUESTION 2: Please advise whether your company has experience in obtaining a permit from the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) to:

• Record insurance value, insurance premiums and other service fees under the insurance program in foreign currency.
• Receive insurance premiums and other fees under the insurance program in foreign currency.
• Make compensation under the insurance program (including both reinsurance portion and local retention portion) in foreign currency into a foreign account when notified by the Insured.

If yes, kindly provide a copy of the SBV’s approval.
