Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement to provide Medical Insurance Program for NSRP employees, PVN secondees; children of NSRP employees & PVN secondees 2026-2028.

QUESTION 1: Do you have valid licenses, permits, certificates required to provide Medical Insurance Program in Vietnam?

If Yes, please provide supporting documents

QUESTION 2: Does your Company have customer service team supporting for insurance claim and guarantee including at least 20 people in which at least has two (2) staffs who has influent English communication skills (speaking and writing)?

QUESTION 3: Does your Company have 24/7 Customer service for all urgent requests from clients?

QUESTION 4: Does your Company have direct billing service with network of more than 150 hospitals & clinics in Vietnam, and at least 1 hospital in Thanh Hoa and 1 hospital in Nghe An.

QUESTION 5: Does your Company have experience in recent 3 years to provide medical insurance service for clients: foreign companies & scale of more than 1,000 employees?
