NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN-FOR PROCUREMENT TO PROVIDE SPARE PART FOR HVAC SYSTEMS

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of spare parts for building power supply and HVAC spare parts to select suitable supplier for supply the good.

If your company is interested in those procurement packages, please fill in and the complete questionnaire below then send email to anh.nt3@nsrp.com.vn “RESPONSE FOR QUESTIONNAIRE SPARE PART FOR HVAC SYSTEMS” by 04 Sep 2025 at the latest. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

Please answer the questions below:

QUESTION 1: Is your company an OEM or an authorized distributor for HVAC brands such as L&T, LG, CHANGHENG, etc., as listed in Attachment 1?

1.     Yes

2.     No

If Yes, please provide valid and detailed evidence (e.g., authorization letter, distribution agreement, etc.).

QUESTION 2: Has your company previously supplied materials from OEMs such as L&T, LG, CHANGHENG, etc., as listed in Attachment 1?

1.  Yes

2.  No

If Yes, please provide at least 03 copies of detailed material from the largest executed contracts or purchase orders (preferably for refining or petrochemical plants) within the last 5 years. Note: The documents do not need to include detailed pricing.

If No, please specify which OEMs you cannot supply.

QUESTION 3: Can your company provide the following documents for goods listed in the attached OEM list? CO (Certificate of origin), CQ (Certificate of quality), WT (Warranty certificate)?

1.Yes

2.No

If yes, please provide a confirmation letter, for WT, please confirm a minimum 12-month warranty from the date of first use and/or minimum 18 months from the delivery date.

QUESTION 4: Does your company have the capability to provide warranty activities and policy, for HVAC spare parts?

1.         Yes

2.         No

If yes, please submit related documents.
