Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement to provide THREE TRAINING COURSES for NSRP Employees

QUESTION 1: Do you have a business/enterprise registration certificate for training activities? If yes, please provide a soft copy.

QUESTION 2: Can you provide Training at our company site (Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam)?

QUESTION 3: If you are the 1st time to work with NSRP, are you willing to provide company information as requested by NSRP on SAP ARIBA for vendor qualification including company business license, company or-chart, financial report…?

QUESTION 4: Has your company delivered these training courses or similar training before? If Yes, please provide supporting evidence.

QUESTION 5: Regarding OFFSHORE EMERGENCY RESPONSE training course, does your trainer have experience in offshore emergency response operations?

Does your trainer have any Qualified in higher levels of OPEP/IMO/OPITO or Vietnam government offshore FiFi and oil spill response – OR – bear certification in IMO Trainer level or equivalent? If so, please provide supporting evidence.
