Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of SUPPLY OF INSTRUMENT SPARE PARTS FOR CONTROL SYSTEM, GTG, BOILER AND OTHERS PACKAGE to select suitable supplier for supply the good.

Question 1: Does your company have the business license and/or permit for supplying instrument spare part?

If yes, please provide notarized copy the documents.

Question 2: Is your company an OEM’s authorized distributor or Manufacturer of items list attached?

If yes, please provide copy of the documents / evidence (in case you are an OEM’s authorized distributor, please provide authorization letter).

Question 3: Shall your company provide CO (Certificate of origin), CQ (Certificate of quality), and Warranty Letter for the Goods?
