SURVEY QUESTIONAIRE AND SCREENING CRITERIA FOR PURCHASING OF MDEA- METHYL DIETHANOLAMINE (CAS NUMBER: 105-59-9) FORAMINE ABSORBER/REGENERATOR NORMAL OPERATION IN 2025

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of General Chemical to select suitable supplier for supply the good.

QUESTION 1: Does your Company/Manufacturer have the necessary business licenses, permits and certificates to provide MDEA for Amine absorber/Regenerator units (such as Certificate of eligibility for production and trading of chemicals subject to conditional production and trading in the industrial sector…)?

QUESTION 2: Does your Company/Manufacturer have capability for providing MDEA with 160 tons at 15-Aug-2025 tentatively?

Please provide the lead-time includes the production schedule to meet NSRP’s above requirement and the proper delivery method (including pump, connection, etc.).

QUESTION 3: Does your Company/Manufacturer have experiences in similar contract to provide MDEA with other Amine absorber/Regenerator units?
