SURVEY QUESTIONAIRE -Provision of Upgrade PUCS of 022-F-201 Slurry Separator

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of Upgrade PUCS of 022-F-201 Slurry Separator
NSRP plan to purchase the services for upgrade PUCS system, specific for upgraded PLC. The requirements are including.

• + Provide all necessary spare parts for various types of modules (CPU, remote module, terminal, communication module, Fiber optic cable, ethernet cable, ethernet hub, power supply, cable, IO modules, rack, basis, relay module…)
• + Service to complete upgrade Allen-Bradley PLC system to be EtherNetIP system from existing ControlNet. The Service include:
•        a.         Provide detail design and test on simulate software.
•        b.         Supply all necessary spare parts, bulk materials for system upgrade.
•        c.         Installation, Setting, Configuration
•        d.         I/O Test, Function test, commissioning, and performance check
•        e.         Fix any issues occurring after system put in service in 12 months          
• This package is required for both hardware and software.
