SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRE FOR PURCHASE 5S TOOLS (Khảo sát nhà cung cấp cho việc mua các công cụ 5S)

Subject: Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 5S Tools

PURPOSE:

To form shortlist bidders from the long-listed bidders approved in the Bidding Strategy for 5S tools package, in compliance with NSRP’s Procurement Procedure, the Survey Questionnaire has been developed as follows.

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is preparing to purchase 5S Tools (the Goods) and is seeking a suitable supplier to provide.

If your company is interested in this procurement package, please respond to all the questions in the survey questionnaire send through email hau.ptt@nsrp.com.vn. The email must reach the email address above no later than 26^th May 2025. The response submitted via email must be clearly marked with the following title: “5S Tools”.
