Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of consumables for tank maintenance activities to select suitable supplier for supply the good.

For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

QUESTION 1: Does your company have a business license which has a business sector in relation to Material or Service for oil, gas and chemical industry follow the law?

QUESTION 2: Does your company have any reference contracts for providing tank spare parts?

If yes, please provide a list of at least one (01) contract.

QUESTION 3: Does your company have authorization letters or official supporting documents for swing joints, swivel joints, etc. from experienced manufacturers?

If yes, please provide a copy of the letter.

QUESTION 4: Does your Company have ISO 9001 Series certified?

1. Yes
2. No

If yes, please provide a copy of the ISO certificate.

Potential candidate is “Passed “and selected to form the long list if their answer is:
