2. Summary Scope of Work

a. Problem:
070-E-106 is experiencing recurring tube leakage, excessive vibration and unstable operation, resulting in reliability and performance concerns of the HMU system.

b. Scope of Work:
Overall assessment and root cause verification of recurring failures in 070-E-106. Based on the assessment results and identified root causes, the scope includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Redesign of 070-E-106 tube bundle and internals
• Vibration, thermal and mechanical integrity analysis.
• Optimization of HMU hot bypass operation and updating new control philosophy.
• Update logic modification to control Demin water outlet temperature to ensure no vaporization in tube side.
• DCS graphics and control system modifications.
• Procurement, fabrication and installation of new tube bundle.
• Construction, NDT, hydrotesting, insulation and painting.
• Pre-commissioning, commissioning and performance testing.
• Execution during TA2 Shutdown (Tentative Aug-2027)

3. Experience and Technical Capabilities

1. Have you successfully executed EPC modification projects involving Piping, Manual Valve, Heat Exchangers and Control Systems in Refineries, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Chemical or Power Plants, with contract value exceeding USD 600,000? Y/N
