1. Brief scope of work
- NSRP currently operates two RFCC catalyst draw-off lines (3-inch) to transfer hot catalyst from the first-stage regenerator to the spent catalyst hopper.
- During operation, due to the high velocity and high temperature of the catalyst, erosion has occurred on several components of the system.
- NSRP is seeking bidders with proven experience in supplying new RFCC catalyst draw-off systems or revamping existing catalyst draw-off systems.
The brief system requirements are as follows:
- Capacity: 32 tons/day/line
- Fully automatic operation and communication with DCS control system
- Air velocity: 10-15 m/s
- Max temperature of catalyst: 425 deg C
- Apply erosion-resistant lining for high velocity and high temperature of the catalyst
- Lifetime of system: 15 years
