Expression of interest (EOI) – FOR PROVISION OF RFCC CATALYST DRAW-OFF SYSTEM FOR NGHI SON REFINERY AND PETROCHEMICAL LLC

1. Brief scope of work

• NSRP currently operates two RFCC catalyst draw-off lines (3-inch) to transfer hot catalyst from the first-stage regenerator to the spent catalyst hopper.
• During operation, due to the high velocity and high temperature of the catalyst, erosion has occurred on several components of the system.
• NSRP is seeking bidders with proven experience in supplying new RFCC catalyst draw-off systems or revamping existing catalyst draw-off systems.

The brief system requirements are as follows:

• Capacity: 32 tons/day/line
• Fully automatic operation and communication with DCS control system
• Air velocity: 10-15 m/s
• Max temperature of catalyst: 425 deg C
• Apply erosion-resistant lining for high velocity and high temperature of the catalyst
• Lifetime of system: 15 years
