NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN – FOR PROVISION OF REPAIR SERVICE FOR INSTRUMENT CONTROL VALVE

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement of Repair Service for Instrument Control Valve to select suitable Service Provider for providing the service.

If your company is interested in those procurement packages, please fill in and the complete questionnaire below then send email to lan.dt@nsrp.com.vn  “Response for Questionnaire “Repair Service for Instrument Control Valve” by 05.00 PM, 15 Jan 2026 (Hanoi time) at the latest. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

Part 1: Survey Questionnaire

QUESTION 1: Does company have business license to provide control valve repair service in accordance with Vietnamese law?

If Yes, please provide the notarized copy of these documents. 

QUESTION 2: Does your company have the capability for control valve repair service?

1.     Yes

If yes, please answer the questions below:

QUESTION 3: Does your company have personnel who have been trained and certified by the valve manufacturer?

1. Yes
2. No

If yes, please provide supporting documents including training certificates, CVs, and labor contracts for at least 5 qualified personnel.

QUESTION 4: Does your company have workshop located in the Nghi Son Economic Zone or plan to rent the workshop in the Nghi Son Economic Zone?

1. Yes
2. No

QUESTION 5: Does your company have the valve test machines compliant with API 598 and FCI 70 standards available in workshops located in the Nghi Son Economic Zone or available to be mobilized to a rented workshop in the Nghi Son Economic Zone?

1. Yes

• List of tools and machines to be used for service implementation.
• Documents certifying that the test machines comply with API 598 and FCI 70 standards.
