NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN – FOR SUPPLY OF COMMON PRESSURE GAUGES

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement SUPPLY OF COMMON PRESSURE GAUGES to select suitable supplier for supply the good.

If your company is interested in those procurement packages, please fill in and the complete questionnaire below then send email to lan.dt@nsrp.com.vn “Response for Questionnaire “SUPPLY OF COMMON PRESSURE GAUGES” by 5.00PM 19 Jan 2026 (Hanoi time) at the latest. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

Does your company have Business Registration & Relevant Business Line Code to supply spare parts for pressure gauges equipment?

Note:  In accordance with the Law on Enterprises 2020 and Decree No. 01/2021/ND‑CP on enterprise registration, business lines are no longer displayed directly on the ERC. Therefore, NSRP will verify the Bidder’s registered business lines via the National Enterprise Registration Database.

QUESTION 2: Does your company have any reference contract for provision of Spare parts for Instrument equipment?

If yes, please provide list of purchase orders/contracts for spare parts for Instrument

QUESTION 3: Does your company have ISO 9001:2015 Certificate related to Quality Management Systems (QMS)?

If yes, please provide the notarized copy of these documents. 

QUESTION 4: Can your company provide 12 months warranty from date put in service or 18 months warranty from the date of handover the goods to NSRP, whichever comes first?
