NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN – FOR SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS FOR VALVES, ACTUATORS, VALVE ACCESSORIES, SENSING ELEMENTS, CONTROLLERS AND ELECTRONIC PARTS

Date: 10 Feb 2026

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for Supply of Valves, Actuators, Valve Accessories, Sensing Elements, Controllers and Electronic Parts to select suitable supplier for supply the goods.

If your company is interested in those procurement packages, please fill in and the complete questionnaire below then send email to lan.dt@nsrp.com.vn “Response for Questionnaire “SUPPLY OF Spare Parts for valves, actuators, valve accessories, sensing elements, controllers and electronic parts” by 5.00PM on 25^th Feb 2026 (Hanoi time) at the latest. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

QUESTION 1: 

Does your company have Business Registration & Relevant Business Line Code to supply spare parts for Instrument equipment?

Note:  In accordance with the Law on Enterprises 2020 and Decree No. 01/2021/ND‑CP on enterprise registration, business lines are no longer displayed directly on the ERC. Therefore, NSRP will verify the Bidder’s registered business lines via the National Enterprise Registration Database.

QUESTION 2: Supplier Tier Status “What is your relationship with the Manufacturer for Valve & Actuator parts & valve accessories, sensing elements, controllers and electronic parts?
