NOTICE OF PROCUREMENT PLAN – FOR SUPPLY Welding procedure qualification (PQR)

Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Limited Liability Company (NSRP) is planning for procurement Welding procedure qualification (PQR) to select suitable supplier for supply the good.

If your company is interested in those procurement packages, please fill in and the complete questionnaire below then send email to duong.ntt@nsrp.com.vn “Response for Questionnaire “Welding procedure qualification (PQR)” by 11:59 PM on 15 April 2026  at the latest. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice does not constitute any contractual offer, binding promise or guarantee of business by NSRP.

Please answer the questions below:

QUESTION 1: Does your company have the necessary business licenses related to welding services, inspection, or industrial technical services?

2. No

If yes, please provide a copy of the business registration certificate.

QUESTION 2: Does your company have previous experience in PQR/WPS development or welding procedure qualification?

1. Yes
2. No

If yes, please provide reference contracts or project list.

QUESTION 3: Does the contractor engage an inspection body holding valid ISO/IEC 17020 accreditation for PQR witnessing?

1. Yes
2. No

If yes, please provide the valid certificate.

If no, the contractor shall engage an independent third-party inspection body with valid ISO/IEC 17020 accreditation to witness and certify the PQR. Please confirm your agreement.

QUESTION 4: Does your company have ISO 9001 certification for Quality Management Systems (QMS) or equivalent?

If yes, please provide a copy of the certificate.

QUESTION 5: Does your company have access to testing and inspection capability (NDT and mechanical testing)?

If yes, please specify whether testing is in-house or subcontracted and provide lab details
